On Friday 3rd December, Ebenezer Mission took part in the International Day of People with Disability 2021 (IDPwD).
Families and friends came together to enjoy the beautiful day and to celebrate the achievements of people with disabilities, promote awareness, understanding and acceptance in the community.
The fun filled day included a live concert with a choir, contemporary band, saxophone, piano, vocal solo, Korean Traditional Instrumental band as well as many other performances from members of the community.
There were other activities such as archery, face painting and paper puppet to keep the little ones entertained.
Many people also enjoyed delicious food, and helped fundraise for the good cause by purchasing our Eben made candles, pre-loved items, and goodies.
Ebenezer Mission looks forward to hosting our next event, and thank all the volunteers, sponsors (Canada Bay Council, NSW Government (Multicultural NSW)), as well as those that participated and came to our annual and celebratory event.Â
